- Wake-up time: 5 a.m.
- He goes to the gym in the morning and drinks 0.5 litres of water
- He reads inspirational books
- He mediates
- He practices visualizations.
- Each morning he allocates 15 minutes to self-care. During this time he does some physical exercise and breathing (For five minutes), then he does a gratitude practice ( for five minutes) and, lastly, he does his affirmations (for five minutes)
- A part of his time is dedicated to planning. Short-term plans includes his coaching sessions, business meetings, people he needs to call, interviews he needs to give, speeches and training.
- His long-term plan includes meetings, international speeches, conferences and seminars.
- Every day he takes time to monitor the activities of his foundation, which is gathering funds for youth development, youth education through scholarships, rehabilitating ex-convicts and supporting the homeless..
- He allocates time every day to spend with his family even if he’s away on international tours to promote his services as a speaker, a coach and a trainer.
- Every evening he revises his objectives list; he carefully checks the steps needed to achieve their fulfillment.
- Afterwards, he answers a series of questions which helps him realize what worked during that day and what he could do better the next day.
